Our story

Built out of a simple frustration.

GroundworX started with a simple frustration: small businesses and healthcare practices kept getting stuck between two bad options, expensive enterprise IT firms built for companies ten times their size, or a single overworked freelancer who disappears when you need them most.

We built something different. GroundworX is a collective of independent technology professionals, developers, analysts, EHR specialists, IT support technicians, working together under one roof. You get a single point of contact and a consistent way of working, backed by a team with real depth in every area we cover.
